DEVEL Weaponcraft, the art and science of personal defensive gunhandling for urban defenders. We train and develop capable; safe and responsible gun operators. We train everyday people and develop them into gun owners, gun owners into marksmen, marksmen into defenders, defenders into better citizens.

We train law abiding gun owners in the art and science of modern urban defensive weaponscraft, tactics and combat mindset. We translate current Military, Law Enforcement, and Competition based firearms marksmanship training, doctrine and theory into training suitable for urban defenders.

We conduct our range and classroom training using the latest industry practices in a safe and positive format. Novice and experienced operator alike rapidly advance in their abilities from the information and training presented.

We use the latest contemporary experiential educational training and coaching methods. We instruct and coach students to quickly comprehend and retain the training they recieve as they evolve as urban defenders.

Gunowners often suffer from limited training hours and training dollars. It's an open secret that training institutions are steeped in traditional convention and adhere strictly to target competition training regimes that are often out of step and archaic on the topic of defensive gunhandling. These programs often do not provide gun owners with contemporary information in a timely fashion. Aspiring urban defenders are often left stymied in their study and interpretation of modern defensive weaponscraft.

Our training clarifies the myths and misconceptions that delineate the differences in competition and personal defensive weaponcraft methods.

At Devel Weaponcraft we offer a six program series:
WEAPONCRAFT SERIES:
THIS SERIES FOCUSES ON PERFECTING CORE COMBAT WEAPONCRAFT SKILLS THAT BORROWED FROM STATE OF THE ART MILITARY, POLICE AND CONTEMPORARY MARKSMANSHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS. THIS COURSE MOVES BEYOND ARMY AND MARINE BASIC MARKSMANSHIP AS WELL. THIS IS A NO "FUDD" ZONE. IF YOU THINK THE 2ND AMENDMENT IS A PRIVILEGE, ABOUT HUNTING, AND NOT PERSONAL DEFENSE. STOP! DO NOT PASS "GO"! THIS SERIES IS NOT ABOUT VINTAGE NRA COMPETITION STYLE TARGET MARKSMANSHIP.
At the conclusion of training, students must complete a short written and range qualification exam before they recieve their training certificates.

URBAN TACTICAL SERIES:
THIS SERIES BUILDS ON SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE ACQUIRED IN THE WEAPONCRAFT SERIES. THE EMPHASIS OF THIS SERIES THE DEVELOPEMENT OF TACTICS AND COMBAT MINDSET. WEAPONCRAFT SKILLS ARE APPLIED IN PRACTICAL ACTIVE SELF PROTECTION EXCERCISES. AT THE CONCLUSION OF TRAINING, OPERATORS WILL BE VERSED IN THE TACTICS AND ETHOS NECESSARY TO PROTECT WHAT THEY VALUE THE MOST: SELF, FAMILY, HOME, THE INNOCENT AND COMMUNITY!
At the conclusion of training, students must complete a short written and range qualification exam before they recieve their training certificates.
Training in this series are available for the pistol, carbine, shotgun, 2-gun, 2-gun/2-man and tactical patrol.

TRAINING PREREQUISITE: A SIMILAR COURSE FROM THE WEAPONSCRAFT SERIES. OPEN TO EXPERIENCED SHOOTERS ONLY.

CQB SERIES:
THE EMPHASIS OF THIS SERIES IS CLOSE QUARTERS BATTLE ROOM CLEARING AND ACTIVE SHOOTER RESPONSE. THIS COURSE REFINES THE TACTICS AND MINDSET EMPHASIZED IN THE UTAC SERIES. PREREQUISITE: A SIMILAR COURSE FROM THE WEAPONCRAFT SERIES.
At the conclusion of training, students must complete a short written and range qualification exam before they recieve their training certificates.
Training in this series are available for the pistol, carbine, and shotgun.

TRAINING PREREQUISITE: A SIMILAR COURSE FROM THE UTAC SERIES. OPEN TO EXPERIENCED SHOOTERS ONLY.

CONCEALED CARRY SERIES:
THE EMPHASIS OF THIS COURSE IS WEAPONCRAFT SKILLS, TACTICS AND MINDSET AS THEY APPLY TO PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL CONCEALED CARRIER SCENARIOS.
At the conclusion of training, students must complete a short written and range qualification exam before they recieve their training certificates.
Courses in this series are available for the EDC pistol, PSD pistol, and Church security pistol, Robbery suppression pistol and EDC Shiv+.
TRAINING PREREQUISITE: A CORRESPONDING COURSE FROM THE WEAPONSCRAFT SERIES. ATTENDANCE IN THE UTAC OR CQB SERIES TRAINING IS NOT REQUIRED

MASTER CLASS SERIES:
COMBAT MASTER LEVEL WEAPONCRAFT DEVELOPMENT FOR OPERATORS.
At the conclusion of training, students must complete a short written and pass master level range qualification exam before they recieve their training certificates.

Courses in this series are available for the pistol, carbine, shotgun, Urban Precision Marksman, Urban Objective Rifleman, MP5/UMP SMG PCC, and Suppressed pistol.
