The Handl Defense AFR 2 (Advanced Fore Rail Assembly) for the FN SCAR® 16, FN SCAR® 17S is the first aluminum handguard and maintains many of the same features that the original did. Like Magpul M-Lok at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 O’clock positions as well as a 2 and 10 O’clock positions for 45 degree applications. The EXTENED length version adds 7” of length to the rifle, has sufficient clearance to mount suppressors and still retains the quick change barrel capability. Type III hard coat anodized and all stainless steel hardware for durability and of course its still proudly made in the U.S.A.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

International and Domestic Freight Forwarders

Due to ITAR concerns and restrictions we do not ship to international or domestic freight forwarders. No exceptions. Orders placed and addressed to international or domestic freight forwarders will be refunded on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at develtraining@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at develtraining@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
